Our social media rules:

We welcome people expressing their thoughts and opinions and encourage constructive conversation amongst members. However, we have some simple rules for a safe social community. Please remember that if your contributions don’t comply with Facebook’s Terms, and/or these rules, then we may remove them. If you repeatedly don’t adhere to them then we may block you from commenting on any Balloons Over Waikato social media pages. See our rules below.

A LITTLE RESPECT: Do not include content, images or links to things which could be considered obscene, offensive (including swearing), defamatory, misinformation, threatening, harassing, overtly sexual, discriminatory or hateful to another person or organisation – including us, our partners, our employees and other people/organisations.

DAMN THE SPAM: Please no spam or advertising. Including multiple or repetitive comments by a single user, or repetitive posts copied and pasted or duplicated by single or multiple users.

Please beware of scammers and fake accounts, we would never ask for personal/credit card details and we aren’t live streaming any of our events.

#STAYRELEVANT: Please keep comments relevant to the Balloons Over Waikato page and thread.

RESPECT PRIVACY: Do not post any of your own or anyone else’s personal information on our pages. If you have a query involving personal details, send us a private message and we’ll answer it or refer you to someone who can.

We welcome feedback and will respond to relevant questions where possible. We generally don’t respond to comments. Thanks for complying with our rules!
